clickie | end of an era

It's my last day at Apple. While I'm quite happy, really, about leaving and starting the next chapter of my life, the part of me that is scared of change is quite nervous. I think this is the first time I've voluntarily quit something like this. Every other equivalent life chapter closed naturally, through graduations and the like. I've spent as long as Apple as I've spent in any other of my life chapters, and so it is a pretty big change.

I've been going through the day thinking, "oh, this is the last time I'll do X at Apple! Sad!" It's getting quite tedious in my head. I also have a few last bugs I want to finish, and time is running out! Ack! I did fix one bug for Peter that I'd promised him I'd finish before I left, so I feel pretty good about that.

Tomorrow we get our puppy!
