number crunching
Aug. 29th, 2005 11:41 amOkay, still obsessed...
I pulled up my old fitness evaluations from Apple, and can see that at that time (I exercised a little more than I do now, but not a whole lot more), I had a lean body mass of 100 lbs or so, give or take. Presumably I can't have lost that much muscle mass, or at least I'm not noticing that I have based on the pinch test and clothes fit, etc. So let's say I have a lean body mass of 99lbs. In that case, if I currently weigh 133lbs, then I must be about 25.5% fat. That's acceptable, according to the little chart on my fitness evaluation. It's not great, and I could probably stand to lose a little weight, but it's certainly no 1/3 fat.
